1. Warranty

  • One (1) year repair and exchange warranty for manufacturer defects on skEYEwatch vehicle products.
  • Warranty returns for defective equipment are not subject to restocking fees or return shipping charges.
  • Warranty coverage begins on the ship date and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Improper installation, wiring errors, or damage caused by third-party installers
  • Physical damage, impact, water intrusion beyond the product's rating, or environmental damage
  • Tampering, unauthorized modification, or removal of serial numbers
  • Cut, spliced, or modified harnesses and cables
  • Normal wear on mounts, adhesives, lenses, and consumable accessories
  • Loss or theft of equipment from a vehicle

2. Returns and Exchanges

  • Items may be returned within thirty (30) days of the ship date. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, calculated on the product price.
  • Opened items must be unused, in new condition, and include all original packaging and contents.
  • All returns require a Return Authorization (RMA) number issued by skEYEwatch.
  • Original shipping charges are not refunded, and the customer pays return shipping.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.
  • Damaged equipment and equipment with missing packaging or contents will not be accepted.
  • Items are not eligible for return once installed in or on a vehicle in any manner.

3. Shipping and Transit Risk

  • Return shipments are at the customer's risk until received by skEYEwatch. Items lost or damaged in transit will not be credited, so returns should ship insured and with tracking.
  • Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the shipping carton.
  • Inspect all deliveries on arrival. Report visible freight damage to the carrier and to skEYEwatch immediately.

4. Defective on Arrival (DOA)

If equipment fails on first use, report it within seven (7) days of delivery. Confirmed DOA units are replaced at no charge with no restocking fee, and skEYEwatch provides a prepaid return label for the defective unit.

5. Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Hardware that has been installed in or on a vehicle
  • Custom, special-order, or made-to-order assemblies
  • Activated SIMs, data plans, and activation fees
  • Cut, spliced, shortened, or otherwise modified harnesses and cables
  • Software licenses, cloud storage, and services already delivered or consumed

6. Freedom Plan (Pay As You Go)

  • Monthly agreements and subscriptions require 30 day written notice to cancel, unless otherwise noted.
  • Recurring service fees begin on activation and are non refundable once billed. Service continues through the end of the current billing period; partial periods are not prorated.
  • Activation fees are non refundable once service has been activated.

7. Installation

skEYEwatch is not responsible for installation fee reimbursement or for damage to customer property caused by third party installers. Customers are responsible for verifying that installation work meets vehicle manufacturer and regulatory requirements.
