1. Lawful use only
You agree to use skEYEvue products and services in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws — including laws governing video and audio recording, driver privacy, commercial motor vehicle operation, and data protection.
2. Prohibited activities
- Recording audio or video in jurisdictions or contexts where it is unlawful
- Using the service to harass, surveil, or harm any individual
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from our software or firmware
- Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of any skEYEvue system without prior written authorization
- Reselling or sublicensing access to the cloud dashboard or remote viewing services without an authorized reseller agreement
- Interfering with service to other customers, including sending excessive requests or denial-of-service traffic
3. Driver and worker notice
Fleet operators are responsible for notifying drivers and other workers about in-cab recording in accordance with applicable laws and collective agreements.
4. Reporting abuse
Report suspected violations to abuse@skeyevue.com. We investigate every report and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Policy.
5. Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend access, or terminate service at our discretion for violations of this Policy or our Terms of Service.
