1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly — such as when you request a demo, submit a quote, or contact support — including name, company, email, phone, fleet details, and any message content. We also collect limited technical information automatically (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through standard server logs and cookies.
2. Camera and telematics data
skEYEvue camera systems installed on customer vehicles capture video, audio (where enabled), GPS, and event metadata. This data is owned and controlled by the fleet operator that purchased the system. skEYEvue accesses it only to provide the service, respond to support requests, or as required by law.
3. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries, quotes, and demo requests
- To deliver, install, and support camera systems and live remote viewing services
- To improve our products, website, and customer communications
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with: (a) service providers that help us operate (hosting, email, CRM, payment processing), under confidentiality obligations; (b) authorized resellers or installers working on your behalf; and (c) authorities when required by law.
5. Data retention
We retain lead and customer information for as long as needed to provide service and meet legal obligations. Recorded video stored on cloud-connected systems is retained per the plan and configuration purchased by the fleet operator.
6. Security
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your data we will notify you as required by law.
7. Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing privacy@skeyevue.com. You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any message.
8. Children
Our products and website are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
