Discovery conversation
A channel team member walks through the program details, answers questions, and discusses fit. If both sides see opportunity, we move to onboarding.
Onboarding and training
Sales training on packages and configurations. Product training on installation and support. Access to demo accounts, marketing materials, and configuration support. Typically completed within 2–3 weeks.
Sell
Start selling. Deal registration, sales support, and customer success resources are all available throughout the customer journey. Channel team check-ins as frequent as you need them.
